They all are amazing—great flavor, consistency and texture. I would really love it if they created a white sauce. That would be fantastic!

I did not think it was going to be good, but you cannot even taste the protein. It is so freakin' good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get more protein in their diet.

Great sauce! I would never have guessed that it was full of protein. I like it better than the Rao's I used to buy. Most importantly, it tastes great and my kids love it.

— Luke

Eighty grams of protein is a lot, so I was not sure what to expect. But wow—the sauce was so good it carried the meal. It was not just nutritious, it was actually delicious. Win-win!

— Ilario Pantano

I was blown away by how good it tastes. I was not expecting how full I would get or how long I would stay full. I am super happy with the sauce and recommend it to everyone.

I use Sturdy Sauce as a dip for just about everything now. I feel much better about snacking instead of feeling guilty about empty calories. Plus, I really like the flavor.

Sturdy Sauce is some of the best sauce I have ever tasted. With 20 grams of protein per serving, the macros are second to none. I know I will be a longtime customer.
