Cheesy Cheetos Dipping Sauce

Cheesy Cheetos Dipping Sauce

This rich, cheesy, fiery-smooth sauce is made with Sturdy Marinara, the high-protein, flavor-loaded sauce that was built to be better. Dip your fries, dunk your pizza crusts, smother your chicken tenders—or do what we do: eat it straight off the spoon.

Protein: 8–10g per serving

Calories: ~180 per 1/4 cup (because cheese is life)

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup Sturdy Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole preferred)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup crushed Cheetos (classic or Flamin’ Hot—choose your chaos)
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or cayenne for extra kick

How to Make It

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until it smells slightly nutty and looks like a golden paste (1–2 min).
  2. Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Let it simmer for a minute. Don’t let it boil, we’re not making mac and cheese (yet).
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar until it’s completely melted and glossy.
  4. Add your cup of Sturdy Marinara Sauce and stir. The sauce should be smooth, bright, and thick enough to coat a spoon.
  5. Fold in the crushed Cheetos. They’ll thicken things up and add a satisfying crunch factor.
  6. Add cayenne and a pinch of garlic powder. And then salt to taste.
  7. Dunk, drizzle, or devour. Pairs well with fries, nuggets, toasted bread, or more Cheetos.
