Easy High-Protein Pizza (No Kneading Required)

Easy High-Protein Pizza (No Kneading Required)

This is the easiest, most satisfying homemade pizza you'll ever make. We’re skipping the simmered sauces and complicated steps, and going straight for bold flavor with Sturdy Marinara Sauce, which brings 20g of protein per serving.

Protein: ~25g per pizza

Calories: ~550–650 (depending on your cheese game)

What You’ll Need

For the Dough (makes 4 pizzas):

  • 3 ¼ cups (500g) 00 flour (or all-purpose if that’s what you’ve got)
  • ¾ tbsp fine sea salt
  • 1 ½ cups lukewarm water
  • ¼ tsp active dry yeast

For the Toppings (per pizza):

  • 3 tbsp Sturdy Marinara Sauce
  • Fresh mozzarella, torn
  • Basil leaves
  • Optional: prosciutto, burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, or whatever's vibing in your fridge

How to Make It

  1. In a large bowl, mix your flour and salt. Separately stir the yeast into the lukewarm water. Pour the wet into the dry and stir by hand until a shaggy dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temp overnight. No kneading. No stress.
  2. The next day, place your dough onto a floured surface. Cut into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Place on a floured tray, cover, and let them chill while your oven preheats.
  3. Dust your counter with flour. Flatten a dough ball with your fingertips and gently stretch it into a rough 10-inch circle. It doesn’t have to be perfect.
  4. Spread 3 tablespoons of Sturdy Marinara Sauce over the dough. Tear up some fresh mozzarella and toss it on. Add basil leaves or whatever toppings you’re feeling. Keep it light. We’re not building lasagna here.
  5. If you’ve got a pizza oven, crank it to 700°F and bake for about 60 seconds, rotating every 20 seconds. If you have a home oven, place a baking stone or overturned sheet pan inside, preheat to max temp for 30 minutes, then bake your pizza for 6–8 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Slice and dig in. It’s high-protein, low-effort, and absolutely worth every bite.
