Ingredients

  • 1 lb High-protein pasta (rotini or penne works best for prep)
  • 1 lb Lean ground beef or plant-based crumbles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh herb mix (basil, oregano, parsley)
  • 1 cup Sautéed zucchini or bell peppers

 

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta for 2 minutes less than the package instructions.
  2. Brown your protein with the minced garlic and sautéed veggies.
  3. Stir in the Sturdy Sauce and fresh herbs.
