What You’ll Need
For the meat sauce:
- 1.5 cups Sturdy Marinara Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste
For the Meat Sauce:
- 4 sandwich rolls or ciabatta buns
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional
How to Make It

Cook the meat sauce.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Pour in Sturdy Marinara Sauce, season with salt & pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes while you make the garlic bread.

Make the garlic bread
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix butter and garlic, spread on rolls. Sprinkle rolls with mozzarella and red pepper flakes. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.

Assemble & enjoy.
Load the toasted garlic rolls with the meat sauce. Add extra cheese if you want (because why not?). Serve hot and enjoy the messy, cheesy, garlicky goodness!
