  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

How to Make It

  1. Start by seasoning both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. This gives the chicken a flavorful base.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
