What You’ll Need
- 2 cups Sturdy Marinara Sauce
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1.5 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 cup ricotta
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Chopped parsley
How to Make It
- Cook lasagna noodles according to the instructions on the package
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Brown ground beef in a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste while cooking.
- Stir in Sturdy Marinara Sauce and simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sauce from sticking to the pan.
- Half the noodles vertically and place two halves in each greased muffin tin cup.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ricotta on each noodle and top with 1/4 cup of meat sauce before adding cheese. Place another layer of ricotta and meat before adding more mozzarella.
- Cover and bake for 25 minutes, and uncover during the last 10 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes before taking the muffin pan out.
- Top with chopped parsley and serve.
